Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming to ensure proper adhesion of paint.

Repair minor defects such as cracks and holes in walls or woodwork before applying paint.

Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision, provide recommendations, and address any concerns.

Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor, fostering positive relationships with clients and team members.

Adaptability and Innovation: Embrace a growth mindset, staying abreast of industry trends, new techniques, and materials to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Proactively seek out and implement innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency and quality of painting projects.

Time Management: Efficiently manage time and resources to meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of workmanship.

Requirements: Proven experience as a residential painter with a portfolio showcasing a range of completed projects.
